The site describes our brokerage and property management services, lets you ask about buying, selling, or renting, and offers tools such as a home value estimate, rent check, and affordability calculators. It is general information for consumers in the Las Vegas valley. It is not legal, tax, lending, or investment advice.
Reading this site, using a calculator, or sending us a message does not make you a client of Silver Canyon Realty and does not create an agency or brokerage relationship. In Nevada, that relationship begins only when you and the brokerage sign the required written agreements and disclosures, including the Duties Owed by a Nevada Real Estate Licensee form.
Home value estimates, rent estimates, market snapshots, and calculator results are automated estimates built from third-party data. They are not appraisals, broker price opinions, comparative market analyses, loan approvals, or guarantees of any value, rent, payment, or outcome. Automated models do not see the condition of a property. Before you make a decision, talk to a licensed agent, lender, or appraiser.
Property listing information comes from the Las Vegas REALTORS® (GLVAR) multiple listing service and other sources we believe to be reliable but do not guarantee. Listings may be sold, leased, withdrawn, or changed without notice. Rental listings and applications are handled through our property management system, AppFolio, which has its own terms and screening disclosures presented at the time you apply. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or lease a specific property.
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or bulk copying of listings or content, no interfering with the site or its services, no submitting false information through our forms, and no use of the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or block access that violates these terms.
The Silver Canyon Realty name, logo, photographs of our team, and the text and design of this site belong to Silver Canyon Realty Inc. or are used with permission. Listing photographs and data belong to their respective owners and are displayed under license. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
